A family office built on property discipline and technology depth.

9555 Investments Pte Ltd is the private investment and family office of Mr. Anuj Agarwal and Mr. Niraj Agarwal — directing capital into residential and commercial real estate across Singapore and Malaysia, and into the AI and infrastructure systems that will run the next two decades of business.

In 2011, two brothers made a decision that had less to do with real estate than with temperament: capital would be held, not chased.

What started as a small residential position in Singapore has since grown, deal by deal, into a combined portfolio exceeding S$30 million across two countries — without ever departing from that first instinct. 9555 Investments Pte Ltd does not run on deal flow or quarterly targets. It runs on patience, and on a founding conviction that the best investment decisions are the ones made quietly, years before anyone else notices the opportunity.

What we do

Two disciplines, one office.

We hold real estate the way we hold code — with a long horizon and a low tolerance for surprises. Property gives the office its balance sheet; technology gives it its edge.

01 — Property

Residential & commercial real estate

Direct ownership and structured investment into residential and commercial assets across Singapore and Malaysia, held for long-term yield and capital appreciation.

02 — Land & Structuring

Land banking & loan planning

Site acquisition ahead of the market, paired with disciplined financing structures, loan planning and portfolio-level debt management.

03 — Technology

IT infrastructure & self-hosted AI

Twenty-two years of enterprise IT experience applied to data centre planning, private infrastructure and self-hosted AI / LLM server deployments.

Every acquisition is underwritten the way an infrastructure project is designed — for uptime, not for headlines. A building has to stand for thirty years. So does a server. We plan for both the same way.

— Investment approach, 9555 Investments Pte Ltd

Twenty-two years of IT experience, now built into private AI infrastructure.

Long before "AI infrastructure" was a category, the same hands were already racking servers, running cable and keeping networks online. That is not a marketing line — it is the literal starting point of the office's technology practice, and it is why the AI work today looks the way it does: unglamorous, uptime-obsessed, and built to be owned rather than rented.

As portfolio companies and clients began asking for AI capability without wanting to hand their data to a third-party cloud, the office extended its infrastructure practice into a new line: designing and standing up self-hosted large language model environments — private GPU servers running open-weight models entirely inside a client's own four walls, with nothing sent externally.

See AI Infrastructure Services
Private GPU clusters — sized and racked for the model, not oversold on paper specs.
Self-hosted, open-weight LLMs — deployed and tuned entirely within infrastructure the client owns or controls.
Data sovereignty by design — no prompts, documents or outputs leave the client's own environment.
Managed for uptime — the same operational discipline applied to a data centre is applied to the model serving it.
Compute

GPU server sizing matched to model size and concurrent load, not guesswork.

Sovereignty

On-premises or private co-location — data never transits a public model API.

Serving

Production model-serving layers built for internal teams and portfolio businesses.

Region

Deployed and supported across Singapore and Malaysia.

Portfolio

Growing since inception, across two markets.

Since 2011, the office has built a combined residential and commercial property portfolio exceeding S$30 million, spread across Singapore and Malaysia. Positions are added deliberately — the mandate is compounding, not scale for its own sake.

Residential holdings in Singapore, selected for tenancy resilience and location quality.
Commercial and mixed-use property across Malaysia, including the group's Kuala Lumpur base.
Land banking positions held for future development and rezoning upside.
More About the Company

The first acquisition wasn't the largest unit on the market — it was the one with the fewest reasons to go wrong. That single filter, applied consistently for over a decade, is the closest thing the office has to a formula.

How we work

A deliberate process, every time.

The same four steps govern a property acquisition, a land banking position or an infrastructure build-out.

01

Identify

Opportunities are sourced quietly, well before they reach open market attention.

02

Underwrite

Every position — property, land or infrastructure — is stress-tested against a long holding period.

03

Acquire & Build

Structuring, financing and, where relevant, physical build-out are executed directly by the office.

04

Manage for the Long Term

Assets are actively managed — not left on autopilot — for as long as the office holds them.

Capabilities

Seven ways we deploy capital and expertise.

From building planning to self-hosted AI infrastructure, the office works across the full stack of property and technology investment.
